1. Using our website
By visiting or ordering from Orella Jewellery you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Exchange Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Products and prices
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We take care to describe and photograph our jewellery accurately, but colours may look slightly different on different screens and small variations in finish or size can occur. We may change prices or product availability at any time without notice. If we find a pricing or listing error, we may correct it and offer you the chance to confirm or cancel your order.
3. Placing an order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, for example if an item is out of stock, an address cannot be served, we cannot verify your details, or there was an error in the listing. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund the amount paid.
4. Payment
The payment methods available are shown at checkout. You agree to provide accurate payment and contact details.
5. Delivery, returns and exchanges
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and exchanges are covered by our Return & Exchange Policy, including the hygiene rules for earrings and hair accessories.
6. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. Please give us accurate information and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit false orders, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual property
The Orella name, logo, text, designs and site content belong to Orella or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orella is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date above, is the one that applies.
