Shipping Policy

1. Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within Pakistan. Please give a complete delivery address and a phone number the courier can reach.

2. Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 working days after your order is confirmed. Delivery can take longer during Eid, wedding season, public holidays, sales and bad weather, or for remote areas.

3. Delivery charges

Delivery is Rs. 250 per order, and free on orders of Rs. 3,000 or more (after any discount). The exact charge is always shown in your cart and at checkout before you place your order. There are no hidden fees added afterwards.

4. Order confirmation and tracking

After you place an order you receive an order number and a confirmation email. You can follow your order at any time on our Track Order page using your order number and email. We also email you when the status changes, and add courier tracking details once your parcel is dispatched.

5. Packaging

Every order is packed carefully and each piece is presented on an Orella branded card, ready to gift.

6. Delivery attempts

The courier may call you before delivery. If nobody can be reached or the address is incorrect, the parcel may be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

7. Damaged or incorrect parcels

Please check your parcel on arrival. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery as described in our Return & Exchange Policy.
